PurpleCal Appointment Reminders.
When you book an appointment through a PurpleCal-hosted booking page, the business you are booking with may use our platform to send you SMS text messages related to your appointment. These messages may include booking confirmations, reminders before your appointment, notifications when an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, and follow-up communications about your booking.
You opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the "Send me SMS reminders" box on a PurpleCal-hosted booking form when you book an appointment, and providing your mobile phone number. By checking that box and submitting your booking, you give your express consent to receive transactional text messages related to that booking and any future bookings you make with the same business.
SMS opt-in is always optional. You can complete a booking without opting in to SMS, and continue to receive email notifications instead.
Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You can typically expect 1 to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any change notifications). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from this program.
You may also remove your phone number from your account or contact the business directly to be removed from SMS notifications.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver appointment-related messages from the business you booked with. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Messages are supported on all major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
